MUSKOGEE, OK – The Native Voices traveling exhibition made a mid-summer stop at the Three Rivers Health Center in Muskogee, OK, 48 miles southeast of Tulsa. The Three Rivers Health Center serves the health needs of the Cherokee Nation.
The Three Rivers Health Center grew from a small clinic in 1993 to a large health center with more than 100,000 square feet and offering a broad scope of services.
The Three Rivers Health Center is part of the overall Cherokee Nation Health Services, an integrated health system operating a network of eight health centers and one hospital. Other health facilities serving Cherokee Nation include the Will Rogers Health Center, the Sam Hider Health Center, and the Redbird Smith Health Center. Together these facilities offer diverse medical services to Cherokee Nation members.
